It feels as though we can’t just sit down to a meal. It’s become more complicated than that as many of us are struggling with health issues despite our best efforts to

“eat healthy”.

Due to this widespread confusion, having stable energy, good digestion and maintaining a healthy weight have become such complicated ideas in our society.

The reality is, making a few simple changes can transform your overall health.

Health does not have to be complicated, but modern society has made it so.

This course is designed to change that. It all starts with going back to what our ancestors did, cook with foods in their purist form.


How Does it Work?


This 8-week self-paced online course puts you in the driver’s seat of your own health journey. You’ll follow a few simple but powerful steps to feel better and more in control of your health.

Each week, you’ll spend 10-20 minutes learning (on your own time), followed by taking one small actionable step to form some new habits.

Once you learn what to eat, we will talk about how to digest it better, ending with some cooking tips and tricks to keep you in the kitchen and away from pre-packaged foods and take out. I know you have very little time, so this course is designed to be the “spark notes” version of how to eat as nutritious as possible to avoid digestive distress and metabolic mayhem.
